I was privileged to care for Joyce and what a lovely friendship we made. Most mornings that I went to Joyce she was in bed where she encouraged me to sit and chat with her to the point where we were always close to running out of time!! I think she did it deliberately 😊

We kept our friendship going even when I gave up work and I will miss visiting Joyce and having a good gossip over coffee and biscuits (sometimes the posh ones).
